Wear Plates and Liners

Specifically designed and manufactured by Welding Alloys, our wear plates comprise a base plate of construction steel and a wear resistant coating applied by arc welding, offering exceptional resistance to abrasive wear. Produced using specially developed Welding Alloys cored wires, Welding Alloys wear plates & liners are distinguished by their:

• High quality consistency, guaranteed by the use of advanced automatic equipment designed and manufactured in our service centres

In addition, our range of plates including Hardlite™, Hardplate™ and Tuffplate™ are manufactured globally in our Integra™ Service Centres in accordance with internal welding procedures of the highest standards. The wear plates are available in standard dimensions or made to measure, in the widest range of thicknesses.
